This five-day intensive course enables participants to develop the necessary expertise to support an organization in implementing and managing an Anti-bribery Management System (ABMS) based on ISO 37001:2016. Participants will also gain a thorough understanding of global anti-corruption best practice used to implement the anti-bribery management system based on ISO 37001:2016. This management system is designed to be integrated with any existing system, and can be adapted to any organization in any country.

ISO/IEC 37001 LEAD AUDITOR TRAINING
The Lead Auditor training will equip each participant with the skills and ability to perform audits by applying widely recognized audit principles, procedures and techniques. During the training, the participant will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to proficiently plan and perform internal and external audits in compliance with ISO 19011; the certification process according to ISO 17021. Based on practical exercises, the participant will develop the skills (mastering audit techniques) and competencies (managing audit teams and audit program, communicating with customers, conflict resolution, etc.) necessary to efficiently conduct an audit.
